For internal Siniat partitions or linings, the base track can cantilever off the structural edge as per the below:

1. Siniat internal frames can cantilever the structural edge by up to 33% of the width of the track.
2. The base / head track fixing should be positioned in the middle third of the track width, staggered within that zone. (i.e no closer than a third of the width in from the flange)
3. Installer will need to adhere to any additional guidance with regard to the fixing type and substrate they are fixing the base track to.
