Does Siniat have a board that can achieve severe duty and offer moisture resistance?
Any combination of 2 layers of 12.5mm/15mm plasterboards each side of a stud frame will be classed as Severe Duty. What fixings should I use for Aquaboard?
When installing Siniat Aquaboard you must use the Wet area screw variants. High thread screws for timber substrate, self drilling for metal gauge over 0.7mm, self tapping for lighter gauge metal substrate. For timber substrate you need to select a screw length to achieve 25mm penetration into the timber stud, 10mm penetration through metal studs.
