When creating box outs around services Siniat C Studs are fixed back together at the corners of the boxing and fixed to the abutting substrate creating a strong frame. Most boxings around SVPs and RWPs will not require heights exceeding a single storey and a Siniat C stud boxing will be suitable to achive the height.

For boxings up to 300mmx300mm wide, Siniat 50mm C Studs can be used.

For boxings up to 600mmx600mm wide, Siniat 70mm C Studs can be used.

For any lining greater than 600mm wide in at any point, additional studs to match the partition specification will be required so that stud centres never exceed 600mm. The height of of the lining will then be limited by the lining system specified and based of an unbraced stud.

Where the boxing height exceeds a single storey height Siniat Technical Department should be consulted.
