All of our partition systems are fire tested using a flat strap at horizontal joints.

Flat straps provide a barrier between the horizontal joint to prevent smoke and flame ingress.

Flat straps provide fixing points along the horizontal joint of the system, allowing for the essential 300mm centre fixing points for the board lining.

The Siniat warranty will not apply if the correct flat strap has been omitted. See Siniat drywall manual for correct detailing.
