Siniat Fire Rated Silicone Sealant
Siniat Fire Rated Silicone Sealant is a neutral-cure, fire-resistant silicone sealant designed to reinstate the fire resistance of wall and floor constructions. It is commonly used with our Weather Defence product, Thruwall systems, board joints, abutments and small penetrations.
Once cured, the sealant remains permanently flexible, allowing it to accommodate minor movement while maintaining system integrity. It is supplied in 600ml foil packs, helping to reduce site waste and improve efficiency during application.

In the event of fire, the sealant intumesces (expands) to help maintain the fire resistance of the construction, while also contributing to effective sound insulation performance. The product is supplied in 600ml foil roll packs and can also be used as a resilient adhesive or decorator’s caulk.
